SPEK Home Inspections/SPEK Septics is a family owned and locally operated full service septic company. We are fully licensed in Calvert, Charles and Saint Mary’s Counties. Offering percolation testing, septic installations, septic repair, diagnostic services and property transfer inspections. SPEK is also certified in the installation of Best Available Technology (BAT) units, at grade soil absorption system installations and sand mound installations. We are also certified with the manufactures and the State to perform operations and maintenance on several of the BAT Units.
