Bonnie is our office assistant. She has been with us for 4 years. She was born and raised in Prince George's County. Bonnie moved to Southern Maryland in 2013 with her three children. Currently she resides in Saint Mary's with her daughter and multiple pets. In her spare time Bonnie creates a variety of crafts to sell at local craft fairs.

Noah is the newest member to the SPEK team! We affectionately call him Junior. Noah has been learning the ropes both with Shawn and Ryan. During his free time he enjoys playing sports and hanging out with friends.

Ryan and Erin are local to Calvert County. They have four daughters and one son raging in age from 20-2. Ryan has been a member of the Maryland On-site Wastewater Professional Association (MOWPA) for several years. Currently he is the president of the MOWPA Board and instructor for the Maryland property transfer inspection course. Erin works behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly. She is also certified to do property transfer inspections, though only the truly lucky get to have her as their inspector. When Ryan and Erin are not working they enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Shawn is a senior inspector and repair technician. He joined the SPEK team 6 years ago and has become part of the family. Shawn was born in Montgomery County, Maryland and is now a Calvert County resident.
